      Latvian Warmblood Studbook supports young breeders

      Trakehner Young Breeders: A focus on the future

      Inclusivity is the focus for young breeders from Bavaria

      The Landesverband Bayerischer Pferdezüchter e.V. is based in Munich, but our members are from all over Bavaria. Our focus is on training youth from the ages of eighht to 25 in handling horses and give them a wide range of knowledge about horses and their behavior, needs, and of course about breeding.

      Swedish YB embracing community and education

      Swedish Young Breeders was founded in 2007 and is aimed towards everyone under the age of 26 who is interested in breeding.       The Hannoveraner Verband celebrates its young breeders

      WBFSH International Young Breeders’ World Championship

      The KWPN studbook’s JongKWPN hosted the WBFSH International Young Breeders (IYB) World Championships sponsored by ‘Horses2fly’ from July 7-9. Totalling 139, participants between the ages of 15 and 25 represented 20 different studbooks from Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Sweden, and host country the Netherlands.

      JongKWPN is the youth department of the KWPN (Studbook of the Royal Dutch Sport Horse) – a Netherlands-based organization specializing in the breeding of jumpers, dressage horses, harness horses, and Gelder horses.       IYB: Educating and supporting the next generation of breeders

      The concept of the Young Breeder Championships was born in Germany in 1997, initiatted by Dr. Ludwig Christmann, then deputy director of the Hanoverian Breeding Society, who wanted to involve youth more intensively in breeding matters.
